New publication on Bactiguard Wound Care – positive results with Hydrocyn Aqua treatment

In a recent publication in the journal Wounds Asia (2023, Volume 6, Issue 1), treatment of chronic wounds with Bactiguard Wound Care’s Hydrocyn Aqua showed good results. Five patients with different types of chronic wounds were treated with Hydrocyn Aqua. The wound healing process was documented by photographing the wound and measuring its size. The wound size was reduced, and granulation tissues formed in all patients after 2 to 3 weeks of treatment with Hydrocyn Aqua.

The study behind the publication was performed by Harikrishna K. R. Nair, Professor and Head of the Wound Care Unit, Department of Internal Medicine, Hospital Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, and his team. The authors concluded that all the cases demonstrated satisfactory results, with favourable clinical outcomes.
