Bactiguard has won a tender for urinary catheters covering the two Swedish counties Kronoberg and Blekinge. The contract is an extension of the previous agreement for 2 (+2)years which enable healthcare providers to purchase Bactiguard anti-infective urinary catheters.
“This specific region has been using our products since 2012 and has now recently decided to continue the use of our catheters also during the next contract period. We have a very good cooperation and welcome their renewed trust in us delivering infection prevention to the region,” says Nina Nilsson, Director of Marketing at Bactiguard. She continues:
“The need to include anti-infective products in the procurement range is constantly increasing. From October 1 onwards, our products will be available in Halland Region and from November 1 in the Värmland County Council. In addition to the Kronoberg Region and Blekinge County Council, our products have also been procured by Kalmar County Council.”
